Administrative, Customs and Container Surcharges

 

Export Customer Service Fee

Effective 15th November (booking date), all export bookings are subject to an Export Customer Service Fee of EUR 8,50 per booking.

 

Late Alteration fee
For all bookings which will either
a) be cancelled / reduced or shifted to another vessel on customer request later than 3 working days prior vessel closing and/or
b) reported shut out due to late delivery and/or
c) reported shut out due to not released status
NYK Line will charge an administration fee of EUR 15,- per container.
